Kixby (Adults Only), New York

The second-floor pantry offers complimentary Bevi flavored sparkling and still water, coffee, and tea available 24 hours, plus fruit and biscuits between 3pm and 5pm. Each guest receives a reusable water bottle at check-in to refill from the pantry machines, reducing single-use plastic. The fitness center includes a Peloton bike, and the hotel provides accessible facilities with lower bathroom sinks and raised toilets.

Lux King rooms on higher floors feature high ceilings, two-basin sinks, a separate rain shower, and a soaking tub in select units. Daily housekeeping changes towels and replaces bedding every other day, maintaining spotless conditions throughout the stay. For special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays, the hotel delivers complimentary champagne and chocolates to the room upon advance request.

The hotel sits on 35th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, a five-minute walk from the Empire State Building and two minutes from Herald Square subway station. Madison Square Garden, Macy's flagship store, and Times Square are within a 10-minute walk, making nearly all Midtown destinations accessible on foot. Penn Station is a short walk away, providing direct rail connections to JFK via the LIRR and AirTrain.

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is attached to the hotel, serving burgers, shakes, and craft beers inside the same building. A continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, yogurt, and boiled eggs is available for purchase each morning in the lobby bar area. The adjacent Angelina Bakery offers a discount to hotel guests for their Italian donuts and coffee, and the lobby bar provides a dark, cozy space for evening drinks.

The Lookup, the seasonal rooftop bar, provides an unobstructed view of the Empire State Building just one block away. During spring and summer, the bar serves a curated cocktail program, and even in off-season months guests can access the rooftop to enjoy coffee or snacks with the same skyline vista. The rooftop is open to adults only, matching the hotel's adults-only policy, and is a prime spot for evening photographs.
